Ingeborg Schübeler Gillebo –
The Norwegian mezzo-soprano Ingeborg Gillebo has studied at the Norwegian Academy of Music and the Royal Danish Opera Academy in Copenhagen, as well as at the Académie Européenne de Musique at the Festival d’Aix-en-Provence. She made her debut in 2010 as Margret in Wozzeck at the Royal Danish Opera, and the following year performed the role of Cherubino in The Marriage of Figaro at the Norwegian National Opera & Ballet.
Since then, Ingeborg has appeared at Zurich Opera, Theater an der Wien, Théâtre du Capitole de Toulouse, Opéra Royal de Versailles, Baden-Baden, the Bayreuth and Drottningholm festivals, Bergen National Opera, and the Norwegian National Opera & Ballet.
On the concert stage, she has worked with the Berlin Philharmonic, the Oslo Philharmonic, Camerata Salzburg, the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, and the Paris Chamber Orchestra.
